We are proud to present Money Matters: Smart financial strategies for big life events.
Throughout your life, certain events – be it deciding to have children, going through a career change, separation and divorce or experiencing a loss in the family, can have a profound effect on your financial health.
We have put together a panel of three fabulous speakers to encourage, inform and ultimately inspire women to be proactive in managing their finances. The format will feature 3 presentations over 45 minutes, followed by a Q&A and time to meet fellow attendees.
The event will feature free wine & light refreshments and is completely free! However, places are limited – so please make sure to book a ticket.
MEET THE SPEAKERS
Rachel Hamlen is Head of Customer Experience at FairVine Super. With a wealth of experience under her belt, she has managed and mentored teams of 1000+ staff whilst working for Air New Zealand and Virgin Australia. Rachel has had her fair share of experience managing finances through significant life events - divorce, poverty, re partnering, step parenting and the death of both her parents.
Dr. Gabriela Lopes runs her own business as a financial organiser, and has a wealth of experience in helping women manage their finances. After earning her doctorate at Macquarie University in 2013, Gabriela has worked in a variety of finance roles, helping thousands of people manage and grow their personal wealth, and juggles all of this whilst being a single mum of two!
Adriana Cecere is the Founder of Consulting Australia, and has ridden the roller coaster of being a business leader and entrepreneur. As the founder of Consulting Australia, Adriana helps business owners accelerate their growth. Adriana has been in a long term relationship and has two children.
