Business Development Manager

The newly created role of Business Development Manager will have a broad set of responsibilities, but with a core focus on corporate partnerships. The individual shall be responsible for running the entire corporate onboarding process, from lead identification, presentations, and project implementation. 

The Business Development Manager shall take on a senior role at FairVine Super and would ideally have at least 3 year’s experience in sales, corporate partnerships or project management. While no formal experience in financial services is required, a degree in business, finance, or economics or relevant industry experience is desired. At a minimum, basic financial literacy is a must.

Key skillsets include:

  • A strong sales track record,
  • Deal pipeline management,
  • Excellent written and verbal communications,
  • Relationship building experience with Senior Executives (e.g. Head of HR, CEO, CFO),
  • Strong presentation skills, and
  • Highly organised.

The Business Development Manager role shall receive a generous compensation package. As such, the successful candidate should be ‘hungry’ in their approach.
